Show Notes

From George Washington on, several Presidents called for a day of Thanks, but no specific holiday was ever locked in.  Along came The Mother of Thanksgiving, a determined woman who pushed one particular POTUS to make this holiday of reflection and gratitude a permanent part of our nations calendar.  Pilgrims, Parades and Presidential Pardons - we’re giving thanks for Thanksgiving, as we gobble up the Presidential origins of this most delicious holiday on this episode of American POTUS!
